To maximize focus and leverage the incoming team's existing synergy, I propose a dual-track structure. This allows us to protect and accelerate our core product development while efficiently managing client deliverables.
Lead: Tor (CTO)
Focus: Long-term development and innovation of the Ai-ssistance product suite. This is our core IP and strategic advantage.
Projects:
Leads: Alex & Yeem (Partners)
Team: 4 Developers
Focus: Execute and manage all agency client work. This leverages their existing teamwork for rapid, focused delivery without disrupting core product roadmaps.
Projects:
Separate repositories for Core Product vs. Client Projects to maintain code isolation and security.
Create dedicated channels: `#team-core-product`, `#team-delivery-pod`, and `#project-[client-name]` for focused communication.
Two main projects: `AI-CORE` for the product roadmap and `AGENCY` for client-specific tasks and sprints.
